Bae Suzy’s diet and exercise that you can try!
It is public knowledge that Bae Su-ji, better known as Suzy (born on October 10, 1994), is famous because of her beautiful, natural-born face and body.
Her beauty is even immortalized in a wax figure in Madame Tussauds in Hongkong, becoming the first Korean female artist to be a figure. Although she has her natural-born beauty, her nice body was gained by the hard work of a strict diet plan and exercise. No pain, no gain, right?

According to Suzy, this “penguin exercise” can be done anytime and anywhere because its simple movement might not be too embarrassing in public. The “penguin exercise” is done until the arms hurt.
